BOOKING PROCESS
STEP 1 - ENQUIRE
Fill out a short enquiry form here and we will get back to you to confirm if we’re available to be your wedding florist. We aim to respond within 24hrs but sometimes we’re on site with our hands full of flowers and no signal.
STEP 2 - BOOK A CONSULTATION
We’re available and can’t wait to start discussing your wedding flowers! You will be invited to book a zoom consultation where we can get to know each other a little better and discuss your vision for your big day. At this stage we will gather the information needed to create your bespoke wedding proposal.
STEP 3 - PROPOSAL
No we’re not getting down on one knee, following your initial consultation a proposal will be sent to you with a floral mood board and quote. From here we can discuss your thoughts and amend your proposal accordingly.
STEP 4 - CONTRACT AND INVOICE
Want to secure us as your wedding florist? We’re so excited to be working with you, all you need to do is sign your contract and pay your booking fee (25% of overall spend). Your wedding flowers are now booked and your date is secured! (Glass of bubbly for ticking another thing off you to-do list?)
STEP 5 - FINAL CONFIRMATION
A final run through of your wedding florals will be confirmed 2-3 months prior to your wedding. We know things can change over the course of planning so we can confirm any changes you wish to make at this point. You can of course contact us anytime before this to discuss any updates! The final payment for your wedding flowers will be due 6 weeks before your wedding date.
STEP 6 - RELAX
Time to take a breath and get excited, your wedding day is within sight! We’ll take care of the florals from here!
